Doctor was a complete toolbag. Drove 4 hours here for a C&P exam for the VA, the guy didn't let me speak, tell him how my condition is or how it's effecting my daily life. Would not recommend him to anyone.
Currently pending a lawsuit they are with holding my prescription from me witch is against the law the secretary claimed she is in fact the own of the business another lawsuit I was seen here they accepted my insurance once a left a day later they no longer accepted my insurance and charged me now they refuse to give me my prescription until I pay witch is illegal he told me I will go blind but yet I see told me I had to get eye surgery
Office manager very rude.scheduled me an appointment for july 14th,I never confirmed it I was all the way across the United states.so why would I schedule an appointment,knowing I was gone be 3500 miles away tried calling to ,no answer Need surgery on my left eye but can't be done,unless I pay a $35 no show appt..I don't think not.Dr.Gupta is a great staff.its the people in his office,that's the problem VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..ESP.THE OFFICE MANAGER. Update: Just got a bill in the mail for $150,not $35

I have been a patient of Dr. Pranay Gupta and the Virginia Eye Specialists staff for approximately 3 years. I love it and have had no issues here, as I did when I was formerly a vision care patient at a big, "brand name" center. The staff is amazing. Try them for yourself. I hope you love them as much as I do!
