The receptionist is rude. The doctor will laugh in your face and won't let you talk. He will ask very sarcastic questions. He is not favorable to Veterans. The doctor schedule appts at 8. He didn't show up till about 9. The receptionist was rude to all the veterans. Kept the lights off where veterans sat. Yelling at the veterans, saying the doctor is always late and they can't be there because they're not open. This was very disappointing to veterans or people who drive miles and miles to come here.
I have had an amazing experience here From the office manager to the staff to Dr. Gupta! I would definitely recommend! They have helped me a lot and referred me out to get the specialized help I needed after doing thorough research. FYI, medical insurance is accepted here and not vision insurance.
Ashley is a wonderful office manager. She is professional and very caring towards her patients. She goes above and beyond always. I am so grateful that my 80 year old mother has Dr. Gupta and Ashley as her eyecare providers. I cannot say enough good things about them. 😊
Doctor was a complete toolbag. Drove 4 hours here for a C&P exam for the VA, the guy didn't let me speak, tell him how my condition is or how it's effecting my daily life. Would not recommend him to anyone.
Currently pending a lawsuit they are with holding my prescription from me witch is against the law the secretary claimed she is in fact the own of the business another lawsuit I was seen here they accepted my insurance once a left a day later they no longer accepted my insurance and charged me now they refuse to give me my prescription until I pay witch is illegal he told me I will go blind but yet I see told me I had to get eye surgery
