Optical Department Maybe it's just that our senses of humor seemed to match well. She was helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Failed to get her name.
The receptionist was a little frosty, but it's a cold morning, no problem , The assistant & Dr Wyman were wonderful, the females at the desk for prescription pick up were a bit snobby, my insurance covers for eye glasses , they said my insurance doesn't cover for eye glasses , not true , they don't except my insurance for eye glasses... In stead of just politely telling me that I should take my prescription to walmart , they just told me my insurance didn't cover the cost of eye glasses.... The lady at the front desk and the doctor's assistant were honestly some of the greatest people I've ever met. I wish I could be their best friends. Dr. Wyman was great as well!!! Glad I picked this place
Was told it would be a consultation only. I got there started doing a complete eye exam (which I just had 2 months ago, so my insurance wouldn’t have covered it) I stopped her.. she looked confused, and women got another girl and they both look confused. Told me I had to get drops put in my eyes and I told him I couldn’t do that today. That I was told it would only be a consultation.
