One Dr. and his wife seeing patients and doing injections is ridiculous. Our time is just as valuable as yours. We get to our appointment on time to sit and wait 1-2 hours is absurd. We complain and it doesn't do anything.
The worst. One and two hr waits for an appointment
The staff and Doctors are awesome, they make sure you understand what's going on and schedule any procedures as soon as possible.
Virginia Eye Institute provides excellent eye care. Appointments are kept on time with minimal wait times. I have used their services for years and have had cataract surgery in both eyes through them. Dr. Malouf is the best.
