Professional service, not a long waiting time,friendly employees and the doctor was kind, caring and professional in his work. Eyes are his main concern.
I normally go to the River Road office. The office in Prince George is not as well managed. In the waiting area near the physician office I could clearly hear two employees chatting about their personal life for a good twenty minutes. The whole visit took longer than if I had driven to Richmond and back. My doctor in Richmond keeps me informed of what the pressure reading on my eyes were but no one at this office gave me that reading. The physician was pleasant .
