I have been a patient for many years and ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Virginia Eye Clinic. It it always organzied and cleaned. The staff is amazing and works efficiently and well with everything I need to get done. The staff goes the extra mile to help in any way they can. They had my order for glasses ready in a really short amount of time like always. Dr. Wilson is very knowledgeable with what he is doing and flawless with his work. This is an excellent business and would recommend to anyone!
I went in to get my eyes examined by Dr. Wilson before traveling. They did a wonderful job and made me feel heard and taken care of! Would recommend to anyone!
Check out the many YELP reviews -- they are eye opening and I wish I had read them before using this practice. I scheduled a last minute appointment for a prescription exam because my insurance was about to rollover to the next year and I was entitled to a yearly exam at no charge. AFTER they were in the middle of the first test, I asked if this was part of a normal exam and was told it was an added expense $37 to which I voiced my discontent, but did not want to cause an issue. My family has been coming to Virginia Eye Clinic since they opened -- for my whole life. They've recently introduced predatory pricing and mandatory tests that aren't covered by insurance. They gave no notice to the changes either through mail or by phone. There were new tests each time a family member went in, pushing the bill up and wasting their time and ours.
