I spoke with Rich Brindle from Virginia Truck and Equipment concerning damage to my vehicle that one of their trucks caused on 264 East. I found Rich Brindle to be extremely unprofessional, demeaning, argumentative, dismissive, and condescending. He made statements that were provocative in nature and ignored the fact that the accident had been witnessed and documented by additional individuals.
