My system yet again is not working properly. I called the owner and text him as I was told he would be handling my system personally and he gave me his number. He ignored my calls and texts and the secretary, who is so rude and nasty calls me back instead and tells me I am not a customer anymore due to not taking down my bad review of this business. Shady!!! I am not reviewing their filtration system. It may or may not make a world of difference. What I am reviewing is their sales tactics and not being up front about their business. Received a call from them the other night. My area had just had issues with our water company (having a water main break) who had issued precautions to boil water before use, etc, so I assumed this call was related (maybe it was?).
