I am currently in this area on a project far from home which is the New Orleans area. Last week rather suddenly I had a root canal failure and came here for re-treatment. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Lee and his staff!! He assessed my situation quickly and had me out of pain in no time. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly!
I recently was there for my first root canal at the Alexandria office. I am in the dental field so I knew what to expect as far as the procedure, but i was still a little nervous. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Hsu. He was very personable and that really put me at ease. His work was phenomenal and I definitely recommend him . The practice itself is very state-of-the-art and welcoming. The staff is super sweet and helpful. Over all I had a great experience.
Excellent customer service, explained everything, gave me options, they were all very nice, and they had comfy pillows for the chairs =)
