This entire practice is really a wonderful place. The staff and providers are kind, caring, and responsive. Every doctor’s office should be like VADPC. Best experience with medical providers I have ever had.
I have been a patient of Dr Neal’s for over 3 years. She herself is caring, thorough, and very knowledgable, not only about medicine, but about health care resources in the area. Her practice model should be a standard for primary care. No more do I call a dr office and run the gauntlet of multiple personnel trying to triage whether my case needs attention today, next week or next month. Dr Neal is accessible. We moved to Charlottesville earlier this year and were looking for a better and different experience with our primary healthcare physicians. We could not be more pleased with Virginia Direct Primary Care. Jude and Dr. Lindsey are simply the best! Professional, thorough and responsive. They take a holistic approach to your health and well being. My husband and I highly recommend this practice and the direct primary care model!
