Buyers need to be aware this guy is not an honest business he does not deliver what he tells his customers he does not stand behind his products. He tells people he's going to come out and he never does. Buyers be ware, and heaven forbid you have an issue. I purchased a motor from Mr Jacobs after talking extensively with him about his product and service. He is very knowledgeable about these motors, but at the end of the day he is little more than a con artist. My Jacobs quoted my $18,500 plus core deposit. I promptly paid Mr. Jacobs in full, minus the core deposit because I would be bringing my core with me at time of pickup. A timeline was established, and deliver by date set. Absolutely the worst dishonest company I've ever dealt with. The general public should be aware he's a very dishonest business owner and he does not give you what he tells you he's going to deliver anybody that needs diesel work done beware of this guy I mean do the research he's all over the Internet for bad reviews everywhere I turned it was a bad review on this company horrible stories about this guy buyer beware

Thanks for building us a great catipillar engine. I wish we would have turned to you Doug years earlier. It is so nice to turn the keyswitch and have powerful trouble free trip after trip 150 plus miles offshore. I would recommend anyone that is in need for service or rebuilds turn to jacobs. He didn't anwer his phone every time I called, probably because he was working but he was always able to be contacted either through text or email. Keep up the good wook we are counting on you to be there in the future.
