I had a very disappointing experience with Virginia Dental Group. I was overcharged for a service, and it took over six months for them to even notify me that I was due a refund — only after I called them for a completely unrelated reason. After confirming the refund, I provided my address, but I never received the check. They admitted they had no tracking number. I enjoyed my first visit at Virginia dental group and I'm looking forward to be back. Eden was very friendly, professional and fun. The whole staff is welcoming and helpful.

I absolutely would recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a dentist that makes you feel comfortable and very much heard (and not just another number). I've dealt with many of the staff members and all have been warm and attentive. I love how transparent they are with everything - from procedures to pricing to insurance coverage. Karen, the front desk admin, is a delight to work with! She is super knowledgeable and makes sure all your questions are answered with no hesitation. Coming for years and conti ue with great service. Appreciate the advance in technology and care on my over all heath. Medicated airflow and disinfectioning laser makes a big difference. Thank you Dr Vargas and staff.
