We ordered a $5000 shed after Rodney (the owner) showed us around. We showed him pictures of the property and he said it'll be no problem. He estimated time of delivery at 6 weeks. NINE weeks later, after many unanswered phone calls (mailbox full), he finally said they're coming. The shed was in good condition, but not to spec.
