This is a must do for anyone with a bucket list. It had been on mine forever. Just a side note, the part of the trail that is all downhill was washed out by Hurricane Helene. It was very hot out and we almost didn’t go, but so glad we did. We rented e-bikes and started on the trail next to the visitor center.
