Extremely easy loan process to buy a new car. Got everything done in one day and had a check in had to go to the dealership the next day. This made the time at the dealership about 30 minutes. My only suggestion for improvement is that there is a better way to directly contact the person working with you. I spoke to three different individuals throughout the day who were all able to help but it would have been great to have the same person and just be able to text back and forth.
My experience with VACU is always quick, clear and easy because the agents keep me informed every step of the way. I always finance or refinance my loans to VACU because of their great service
Absolutely done after more than 30 years with the credit union, most unprofessional and non customer service organization I have dealt with. Their mobile deposit application is broken, multiple attempts required in order to deposit one check and they refuse to acknowledge their mobile deposit application is broken. Three weeks after a small check was accepted, I received a photocopy of the check via snail mail to inform me the original check which I had than shredded after three weeks of it being accepted was now rejected an... read more
