We were expecting a great experience having windows replaced in our fourplex since they come highly recommended. Unfortunately that was not the case at all. After giving a deposit to order custom windows in March we got months and months and months of delays and excuses. They finally showed up to do the work 6 months later in September with the wrong size windows from Home Depot . We did eventually get a refund but it cost us both time and money that we will not be able to recoop. I would not recommend!
