Great landlords. Neighbors have been really nice and helpful and the roads are always plowed quickly in the winter. Just wish dogs were allowed. Other that that we love the fact that there are fewer rules that the park we came from. Couldn't wash our cars or let kids play in sprinklers at Fenton across the street.
Don't go near this place. Too many restrictions,rules not enforced uniformly.
