We had issues with getting proper service with this company, specifically the person they had cleaning our pool, Hunter. They missed a scheduled date once, no big deal but at first they tried to tell us that they had come. Then it became consistent. Three times in a row they missed our day and I'm not sure if they would have shown up at all if I didn't say anything. I began questioning if they were actually cleaning our pool. I have used Virginia Certified Pool for several equipment replacements over the past several months. They are VERY knowledgeable and fairly priced. If you are looking for someone who delivers what they promise, hire Virginia Certified Pool. It is so refreshing to find someone so helpful and trustworthy.
Company was recommended to me from a friend and they surely did not disappoint. Quick and reasonable pricing along with amazing service. I highly recommend contacting them if you need anything with your pool.
Not impressed with David. I saw how many great reviews he had but I should have checked other places, as well, like Yelp. We were having an issue with one of our valves leaking. He asked for a pic. I sent him one immediately after we hung up, he asked for another one from a different angle which I sent and then the guy just never responded. Called to get a quote and he already wanted to deny my service. All I asked was for a quote to clean my pool and he automatically stated we don’t do one time cleanings and assumed I only wanted a one time cleaning without even asking and also stated it already had to be cleaned. Didn't ask any details about what I wanted nor what I needed. What is the purpose of pool cleaning service if it has to be already cleaned prior to their arrival. I will never call again.
