David was kind, professional and attentive. The liner was replaced in one day. He even epoxied my steps to be blue again and match the liner. There was no mess and absolutely no complaints. 5 stars all the way!
Very disappointed. Booked pool opening online, received appointment confirmation and text reminders. They never showed up.
Great company & the owner is very responsive, which is extremely rare in the pool industry. I had another company who used to maintain my pool, their tech damaged it and then ghosted me. Leaving me high & dry. Lucky I found Virginia Certified Pools online and called. The owner picked up immediately and came out to my property the same day. He provided me with a very reasonable estimate for a liner replacement. I signed the contract the next day. I'm sure some of these 5-star reviews are valid - it was not my experience however; had to take him to court. I contracted this guy to help open the pool; he recommended a filter upgrade and offered a deal. He installed the thing, but it ejected filtration materials in the pool constantly. Couldn't get him back out to the property for months - he actually tried coming to our home without scheduling with me.
