Our roof is damaging our house now and this company that installed it will not even come see our issues...we were promised a life time garentee

If i could give a 0 I would. I used this company to replace a roof several years ago and have had nothing but problems since. I would have been better off keeping my old shingle roof. I do not recommend using them. They avoid calls and avoid addressing issues caused by poor quality work. VERY dissatisfied customer!
