Describing VCS as unprofessional is being kind and that applies to not only the doctor but the nurse, reception, scheduling and billing. The waiting room and the exam rooms were very cold, unappealing and really could use a good cleaning and a new paint job. The receptionist was not very friendly when we arrived. A polite "Hello" with at least a half smile is what I would expect in a professional office. My primary Dr wanted me to go for a consult after a failed stress test.
