Procedure was done with no issues, when it did start. I had a 12:45 appointment, was requested to be there 15 minutes early making it 12:30. At 12:52 an employee came in the front door and went to the back. At 1:02 that same person called me in for the test. Their lunch time was till 1:00. Why was I booked for a time that they had their lunch break?
My father had a Tavr procedure for a heart valve replacement three years ago by Dr. Chung in Richmond and now sees Andi Funai (Ncp) for follow up visits at the Tappahanock office since it’s more convenient than driving to Richmond. The surgeon and Dr. Funai are both very knowledgeable, compassionate and have wonderful bedside manners. My father is 86 and is having no cardiac issues. I highly recommend this group of cardiovascular specialists.
Cannot say enough about how friendly, helpful and courteous the entire staff was from the time I checked in until the time I left. I was able to get an appointment quickly even as a new patient.
