This practice needs to hire a different after hours call center. They do not relay messages to the staff. The background noise while talking to an operator is unacceptable. This call center is an embarrassment to the staff of this medical group.

I had the same experience that the doctor is great but the staff customer service is a “Nono” to me. At the end I just cancelled all my appointments.

I have been a patient with Virginia Cardiovascular Group for five years, since 2019. I manifested a condition called syncope where I felt as if I might faint if I bent over. Dr. Abu-Ghazala had me do a stress test, EKG, and an Echocardiogram to determine what was going on with my heart, especially after learning of my family's history of heart issues. Further testing was needed and his staff arranged for me to undergo testing at Reston Hospital for a heart catherization to determine what was going on with my heart and valves... read more

Fantastic practice. Dr. Tarek Ghazala is a compassionate, caring and innovative cardiologist. He listens to his patients, and is able to elicit information from them that they didn’t realize they knew. I was hospitalized a while ago on an unrelated matter, and Dr. Ghazala showed up to just check on me. I would heartily recommend him and his practice. His front office staff has been incredible.
