A 90' Chestnut Oak crushed our attached garage in a storm. VBS was great to work with on the repairs! Every step of the process happened on schedule and within budget. David worked directly with out insurance carrier as well. All of the members of their various crews were professional, courteous, and friendly. No messes left behind. Everything looks as good or better than before the tree hit. I wholeheartedly recommend VBS.
The workmen were professional and very polite and curtious. They were efficient, detailed, and they cleaned up when job was completed. I will call Virginia Building Services for all future needs. We were pleased with our overall experience from workmen to office staff.
Virginia Building Services, of Roanoke VA- I have spent around $250,000 or more on 3 projects on different buildings. It is the last project that I discoved this is not a company I could ever recommend to anyone. There was a slow leak according to my Plumbing company, Long Plumbing, Inc in the kitchen ceiling that resulted from Virginia Building Services not using a long enough pvc pipe pushed into a joining pipe. Virginia Building Services did excellent work. They were timely, efficient and had excellent customer service. Brandon really helped me navigate the insurance company in understanding how the process worked. All in all I highly recommend them for any contract work that you need.
