Horrible experience with Nick **** of Virginia Beach Pools. Contracted a pool renovation in March, 2016. As of August, 2016, the renovation was never completed. He wanted almost all of the money upfront, and we never heard from him about completing the job. He wouldn't answer phone calls and texts. When we hired a lawyer, we never got a response from Nick. We had to fire him and have another company finish the pool.

I have hired them for small maintenance, piping rebuilds, and concrete work. Every dealing I have ever had with Nick and this company has been extremely positive. From when I first had dealings with him at Polynesian Pools to today with Nick at the helm of Virginia Beach Pools, I know when I hire them for a job, it will be done right, with a team of the most unrivaled hardworking folks I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
