We had a very disappointing experience with Virginia Beach Patios. The quality of workmanship did not meet reasonable standards, and we encountered multiple issues that raised concerns about the overall execution of the project. In addition, our interactions with the owner were difficult and, at times, unprofessional. We felt that our concerns were dismissed rather than constructively addressed. Kyle and his crew did an amazing job on our patio. They were so easy to work with, had great attention to detail and left the worksite spotless. They were so patient helping us with the design and making sure that we got it exactly right. Great ideas and paver suggestions. Would not hesitate to hire them again and will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know.
