I've been a member at VB Iron for a few years, and I can confidently say it's the best gym I've ever trained at. The variety of equipment is unmatched, and I love that they have multiple machines for the same movement so you can find what works best for your body. The gym is incredibly spacious, so even during peak hours it never feels overcrowded, and there's always plenty of room to train. A lot of the equipment is broken for months to even over a year at a time (multiple have been broken for 6-7 months now such as treadmills, pulldowns and fly machines). 3 cable flys, all broken either on both sides or one side for at least a year at this point. Multiple lat machines broken for almost a year. Benches, especially the better ones, all have torn and moving backs so you can’t stabilize properly and risk an injury.
