I had a specific picture in my mind of the flowers I wanted for my boyfriend‘s funeral. Krystal worked patiently and diligently with me to achieve my desired arrangement. When I got to the chapel and saw the flowers prominently displayed I was thrilled at their beauty and the very simplicity that I was hoping for. I highly recommend Virginia Beach Florist for any occasion of flowers.
Im not the one who leaves reviews but they deserve it after I forgot to get flowers for my girls Bday I pulled up after hours and the gentleman was about to pull out and stopped and asked me if I need something and I said yeah I forgot my girls bday and without hesitation he got out let me in and saved the day. I always try to use a local business for specialty service but I know where to go from now on for flowers and my girl loved the flowers we picked out. Im overly impressed how this business views and treats customers!
As a first time walk in customers this place blew me away off the jump just from the feel of being in what I would call a full scale florist. Then upon being greeted by the nicest gentleman who's name was DJ and was very knowledgeable and courteous and every question I had he educated me and told me all the care for the plant I selected. Huge selection of house plants, flowers and gift items! What you would call a 1 stop shop! I got a flower arrangemt, 2 balloons, card, and a box of chocolates and didnt even get half of what they offer. Staff is fun, friendly, polite, and knows what they are selling and how to sell it. Highly recommend!
