I took my car here 8/29 for tire rods, valve gasket and drivers belt. Work not completed first time had to take back for inner tire rods and pay more $$ and I still hear noise when I hit bumps. #2 valve cover gasket replaced so they say, I was charged for it but car had no oil when I checked it after 8/29 called left message nobody returned call, put oil it myself abd and had to take car back anyways 9/9 for them to half way correct the tire rod issue told them about the oil they said your valve cover should be good....IT IS... read more

Got my car repaired a month ago, paid in person and my receipt says paid in full…now they call and say I owe $500 more. Don’t get scammed here.

No one likes to spend money to get their car repaired, however, one should choose the best possible service, and Virginia Automotive is it. Not only do they do the work and provide you with a detailed invoice, they also attach pictures of the work as it's being done. When I checked the cost of the work i needed through internet searches I found that they were closer to the lower rates than the higher. If I could give below 0 stars I would, I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for car repairs. This place did ball joints and alignment on my fathers car and a week later he had to take it back because his car was all over the road just for them to say their machine has been messed up which they knew prior to doing his alignment and had to take his car to the other office to fix then my car went in after for brakes and rotors all the way around plus 2 front wheels and a alignment.
