My car had suddenly almost broke down and VAS was one of the auto mechanic shops nearby. For not having an appointment, I really appreciated the prompt attention and customer service I received. I had to leave my car in the shop longer than anticipated, but VAS communicated well to ensure I understood the issues which were causing my car not to run properly and advised on inexpensive replacement parts to help keep my overall cost low!

VAS provided excellent service and complete all repairs on time. They went out of their way to make sure my car was ready by the holidays. Communication is excellent as they keep you updated on the progress of service and repairs. They pay attention to detail and prices are very reasonable. The customer service support is courteous and very professional.
Took a brand new truck to get inspected and they failed me for a “tire rod end” the inspector told me to only take it back to their shop in 15 days, because other places will charge me more. I took it to another shop and they passed me without having to do any work. This place is seriously a fraud and needs to be investigated.
