The technician was courteous, efficient, prompt in arriving, and left the site clean. But communication about the repair was sparse, which required me to call regularly to ask about the status of the repair, and the payment terms were not clearly explained. While the office staff member was courteous, it took two weeks from the first appointment to the repair with little explanation or contact. It was only one part replacement. I have used Virginia Appliance Repair a few times to fix my LG combo ventless washer/dryer system. These systems's drain pumps routinely fail and need to be replaced every 1-3 years depending on usage. I have found Gulilat to be the best and always request him. The only negative experience I had with the company was I sent an email and text to them which I did not get a response to. However, at this time I will only use them (because of Gulilat). Virginia Appliance Repairs customer service and repair is horrible. I’ve been trying to get them to fix my refrigerator for over a month and it’s still not fixed and I’ve spent close to $1,000. I BEG them to call me back. Nothing. I’m so frustrated I had to write this review.
