Ramiz was professional, personable and efficient.
Everyone was very friendly from scheduling with Emily and to the technician himself. He was knowledgeable and there was a quick turn around time to repair after the parts were received. I also appreciate they give you a 2 hour window for appointment time instead of 5 or 6 hours like other companies. They were on time both times they came out.
Tech arrived professionally and worked with me directly to ensure my satisfaction. Next step is to order part and have installed.
