If I could give zero stars, I would. On Saturday, I caught a Virginia American Water crew messing with the circular metal cover in my yard (a manhole? access cover?)—no call, no warning, nothing. The only reason I knew they were there was because I saw them on my Ring camera. Their truck was parked right in front of my house like they owned the place. As soon as they left, chaos began.
