Slow, unresponsive. Make repairs with little notice and just shut off water for hours and days on end without warning
Terrible, untouchable monopoly. Water bill keeps climbing every month despite same water usage. Approaching $100 a month for a family of three in a small house. This company is constantly being challenged by local government for their overcharging of customers, necessitating legal rulings and refunds. Absolutely zero accountability to customers even though they provide a critical resource.
Contacted VAW in Sept in reference to bill going from $65 a month including a service protection plan to $273. Meter checked and was told meter read incorrectly. Following month received bill $298. Meter checked again and was told bill was correct. As of 11/01/24 issue not resolved. No leaks found either. Contacted service protection to no avail until VAW find a water report a water leak.???? HELP!!!!
Horrible customer service. Be aware of your final bill, there are surprise charges. Overall not honest company.
