Have been calling for 2 months to get a water meter permit. The call center says that someone will follow up, which never happens. This has caused delays for a build out.
Sewerage is better than American water. Pun intended lol
If I could give negative stars, I would. Anytime someone in our townhouse community needs to turn off a main water pipe for repairs, it takes American water HOURS to fix the issue...even long after repairs have been completed. Completely unacceptable!
American Water cut off our water with little to no warning. It’s been over 12 hours without water in our neighborhood and no real answers to when it’s supposed to be fixed. Absolutely ridiculous.
