Virginia Air (specifically York) has the absolute sharpest tech support that I have run across. Adam and Jim are brilliant, professional, and a pleasure to help with complicated issues.
When the head recieving guy Mike is there they unload great. If he is on vacation they take forever. The guy in charge while he was gone is rude and very slow. Took 5.5 hours to unload 8 package units off me. Told me he would get to me sooner or later. Very unprofessional
