They will charge you for services that they didn't do and do not follow through on their treatment. They will charge you for a number of tests and not even bother to tell you what is going on with your dog. My pet suffered with a raging UTI , urinating blood for a week and a half after her appointment in which I was charged for an examination which did not occur, her temperature was not taken, although a urinalysis was. Very knowledgeable and caring personnel. Gentle with pets. They take the time to answer all questions and don't make you feel rushed.
We have been taking our dog Amber to Virgin Valley Veterinary for two and a half years, since the day we moved here really. The doctors are excellent and very caring and knowledgeable. The staff are super and very accomidating and concerned. Amber has had extensive medical problems and they have kept her going for us. Every day is a gift with her and Virgin Valley Vet is the reason we still have her. They really are like family and we recommend them to all our friends. JoAnne and Darrell Ness
