They were patient with the hyper one. And the dr had an assistant to calm and hold if needed. The other dog is well trained. They were kind and patient.
This will be my second year living here and when I transferred down, Dr. Santi took my animals in. One of my cats is extremely ill, and even when I call with so much anxiety I can barely get out what I need, it is already taken care of. The girls at the front desk do/did everything they could and made sure I knew where to go for the specific meds. I even asked for/chose the harder road and a cat with badly scarred lungs and breathing problems with medications and inhalers, and she has made sure that I/He has everything he ne... read more
