I never get a bill by mail. I don't receive email bills. If I forget to call to see what I owe, they pick up my can and I have to pay pick up and delivery charges, which are outrageous. I think they purposely don't send out the bills so they can do this. Maybe they are trying to save postage. They blame it on the post office that I'm not receiving a bill. They say life is about the journey, not the destination, but what if the destination is a dump? Would you still consider taking the journey? On a recent trip to Mesquite, Nevada, I made the journey to the Virgin Valley Landfill, not only once, or twice, but FOUR TIMES and I can say with the utmost certainty that it was a beautiful experience, despite the outcome's stench. Awful service and antagonizing behavior from the manager BEN. He egged me on to record call and complain. He said that he's the only one. Well, this company doesn't hold true to their values like they advertise on their website. I explained I was disabled and I'm being treated unfairly. They "Don't care". "Virgin Valley Disposal is committed to providing excellent service. We strive to bring unity between us and all our customers and future customers."

They're just hanging up on you when you're trying to explain your situation just trying to solve it. And if they can't they just hang up on gotta You gotta love it.
