Love this little well kept secret
Wonderful stay. Great staff...very kind and helpful. Lance is the barista at the lobby coffee stand, he's GREAT!!
Be careful when booking. ALL rooms are non-refundable. I think this may be the only hotel in town that does not have a cancellation policy. I booked the hotel in December 2024 as a Christmas gift for a concert in June of 2025. I cancelled the reservation this past week, and it alerted me then that it was non-refundable. It's not like I cancelled the same week as the reservation, or even the night before, but rather it was cancelled months in advance. I have never given a poor review until today. This is the worst experience I received for spending over $800. We were treated like unwelcome guests. Skip this place. There are so many other great experiences in New Orleans.
