I have visited before through work and had a 5 star+ experience. So when I was stranded in NOLA on a Monday night, I immediately knew I could go to Virgin and they would take care of me. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes in my car for valet. By the time the clock hit 11 pm, I got out of my car to ask about it. It then took waiting to get someone at the desk. We recently stayed at The Virgin Hotel in New Orleans and genuinely appreciated the property’s charm. The design, atmosphere, and overall vibe of the hotel were exactly what we hoped for. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the setting. The front desk staff lacked friendliness and consistency, and several interactions left us feeling more frustrated than welcomed.
