I stayed here recently for my wedding including having a 50+ room block and hosting a brunch. The rooms are very nice and the overall property is great including the pool and restaurant in the lobby. However we were disappointed in the service we received. Most of the time there were no bellhops or staff helping with bags. We also had significant issues with coordinating our room block once our guests started to check in. We had paid for gift bags to be delivered to all the guests but this process did not work well. Really nice hotel close to everything. It’s not in the middle of the noise, which I loved it, but it’s a walking distance from where the crowds are. The room was big, with showers and toilet in separate rooms.

This was our second time at Virgin Hotel and the same wonderful people were working at the front helping you with recommendations and getting car service. It was like seeing old friends! Shout out to Ryan and Chris - thank you for your hard work in hospitality!

Stayed at Virgin Hotels New Orleans and overall it was a really great experience. The exterior aesthetic and location are a big win. It’s surrounded by local coffee shops and small spots, and you actually see locals out and about. It feels much more lived-in and authentic versus the typical French Quarter vibe.
