People were nice, but hair quality was awful. Shed a lot and tangled even worse. Worst hair purchase I’ve ever made.
2 stars because the ppl are nice, but I didn’t like what they did for the Black Friday sale this yr , stood out in the cold for the sale, got inside and there was no hair in the store , you had to pay leave and come back later and for some ppl , they still had to wait longer than a day , huge inconvenience, they marketed this like it was “ok” but that was not cool for ppl who drove far , then finally installed the hair it tangles sheds and doesn’t hold a good curl , must have a new vendor idk but it wasn’t a good experience ... read more
