The receptionist is very nice upon entering. Nice location. Book LaLa for all your braid and loc needs
I do not recommend purchasing hair from Virgin Hair. The quality is not good. I bought a four and twenty-seven Peruvian bundle, and the hair has tangled and shed a lot. When I called customer service, they claimed it couldn't be their hair and mentioned that no one else had complained. Their response did not convince me; they didn’t even offer to investigate the issue. I arrived at 8am to pick up my hair that I had already paid for no one showed up until 8:38am. No I’m sorry or anything that was very rude and disrespectful. Black businesses shouldn’t operate this way.
