Hi, We had a very disappointing experience with a security guard today. We were running a little late as we had to drop off our pet before travelling, and we are regular business travellers from Brisbane. Unfortunately, the security guard was extremely rude and aggressive from the moment we entered. He shouted at us, spoke to us in an intimidating and disrespectful tone, and showed absolutely no courtesy or willingness to calmly explain the situation.
