One of the best branches after Canon Street I would say especially spa. Good facility and lovely staffs too.
The gym, equipment & facilities are ok (although shampoo containers are mouldy on the bottom so take your own). However, the customer service & dishonestly of Virgin Active Aldersgate is appalling. I signed up for 12 months, but then froze for a month in August for a holiday which caused all sorts of confusion which then got sorted. I have requested multiple times to cancel the membership and virgin active Aldersgate St Paul’s keeps over charging me every month.Staff not helpful disappointed with the service never coming back again.Very poor customer service and very bad communication.Reception very unprofessional
