Took a family friend to him. Not impressed with the care. Didn't explain things and kept bringing him 'back in' to the office for appointments without explaining why.
Staff and Dr. gave outstanding care and quick response when a tumor was found. I am forever grateful.
What I thought would be nothing was much more. He was direct about options, and quick to get all testing completed. As a surgeon he also did fantastic. Honest and clear about everything. Staff is wonderful.
I really liked Doctor Ponferrado. He was informative, confident and to the point. His staff was extremely kind and helpful.
Just feel like he hurries you in, doesn't give many options to his patients, HATES for patients to get second opinions and will not see you again if you do, old-fashioned methods without considering newer less-invasive methods of treatment and surgery. Very disappointed!
