Help me throughout everything and the process of handling my sister's non-existent will. Helped also to find out my sister's benefit from TRS of GA, refusing to give me any information on beneficiary information and was able to notify the nephew since he was named the beneficiary! Mr. Theus and his team were phenomenal to work with. He was able to meet with my family on short notice and clearly explained the steps that needed to be taken to handle my Mom's estate. I highly recommend Mr. Theus if you need any legal services. He went above and beyond providing assistance with wills, POA, and probating wills. Him and his wife were very professional and courteous.
