This place along with the people are awesome! I have been taking things to be monogrammed for at least 5 yrs, and I always tell friends and neighbors about them as well. The last two items I had monogramed for a friend, I just dropped it off along with the sandals to match the color, and literally told them.."just match the color"....."whatever you think"! I KNEW it would turn out great, and once again ..IT DID! They are friendly, fast and great to work with! A local FAV of mine for sure!

Just recently had a blanket embroidered. They had many options, were able to color match the thread, and were very quick. I will be using them for all my embroidery needs in the future!

They are terrible! I came in wanting my daughters name put on her backpack. I picked out a purple color and when I came to pick it up it was light blue. I asked them to fix it and they told me no that I would have to pay them to fix it because that was the color I picked out. I ended up having to take it somewhere else to get it fixed and pay for it again! Which I might add the lady also agreed with me it was blue and not purple. All because they would fix their mistake and make it right. They are rude and dont care about th... read more

If I had the option to pick NO stars I would have. DO NOT take anything here to be embroidered. I took my daughters backpack to have her name put on it. I picked purple and when I got it back the color was clearly blue. He tried to tell me it was blue because it was up against a pink background!?!?! Then had the nerve to tell me I would have to pay to have each letter taken off and then pay again to have him put her name back on it because it "Wasn't worth his time to fix." Went in after an internet search to find a particular item/set. Didn't see anyhting and asked about the item. The ladies went to the stockroom (the attic they called it) and came back about 5 minutes later with two items and showed me others I had over looked. While waiting I asked about another item "style" and they were able to accomodate that as well. The merchandise is quite eclectic and is well organized by room throughout their "store," a converted house with 5 or 6 themed rooms. Very nice selection and very nice staff... read more
