They are terrible! I came in wanting my daughters name put on her backpack. I picked out a purple color and when I came to pick it up it was light blue. I asked them to fix it and they told me no that I would have to pay them to fix it because that was the color I picked out. I ended up having to take it somewhere else to get it fixed and pay for it again! Which I might add the lady also agreed with me it was blue and not purple.
