I had a pet that unfortunately, had to be put down due to health reasons as tough as it was for me and my family. Mr. Dr. Derke was extremely supportive and sympathetic and helped us through the very tough time at the hospital. Thank you to all the stuff for the comfort and support.
Dr. Derek has been caring for my Lucy since she was just 9 weeks old and I even followed him when he opened his own clinic, Virgil Animal Hospital. He’s always taken such wonderful care of her — I completely trust him. At our most recent visit we met Dr. Destiny and she’s a fantastic addition to the team! We started bringing our 8 year old husky here after he was diagnosed with glaucoma by another vet who we felt was upselling us and overcharging for services. We are so glad we switched because we have had nothing but great experiences since. Our dog has been treated with such love & care. All the office staff are very friendly. Great communication and prompt appointments. Highly recommend this vet clinic.
