This dispensary substituted my father’s medical cannabis product with a completely different item not even sold by their store — twice. The prescription was supposed to be a high potency gummy from the company HiColor (which can only be purchased from a medical facility, not a recreational one) The staff member swapped the expensive high potency gummies with inexpensive sleep gummies (they obtained from a recreational store.)
