The front desk is awful.
I called at 12:40 pm got their automated system telling me they're closed, that they close at 1:00 pm on Friday, yes it was Friday but it was before the printed and stated close time...
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any clinic of any kind. I am in the military and have TRICARE, and the front desk personnel were not only rude, but stated they could not locate my benefits. This is because they did not know how to read the back of the ID which says "Benefits number". They said I would need to reschedule the appointment. I asked them to contact my insurance, because that is their job, and was blatently told by Michelle, that they do not have time to call insurance companies. If I did not ne... read more
