I recently bought myself a car from Mya and Lizel at the Virden location and to say both ladies helped me get over my first time buyers nerves is an understatement. Maya Immediately after I showed her the vehicle I was most interested in, jumped into action answering any and all questions I had. Not once did I feel I was being steered in the wrong direction. And Lizel helped me understand the Financing portion to a point I could understand it. I will definitely be recommending Maya and Lizel at Mainline Motors.
This truck was less than a month old when I called about this issue, and I was told by them that this is a known issue. They have had many come and try to do warranty claims on this issue and have been denied. Maybe they need to let customers know this is an issue and offer remedies to try and prevent it, like better mud flaps or running boards. Both sides look like this picture.
I am a repeat customer of Mainline, and I've only had good things to say in the past, but unfortunately this review is not a good one. The guys there are helpful and friendly enough, but I've bought a new vehicle for the first time from there and I will not be going back again. Here is my experience. Worst dealership ever can tell why they only got 4 stars and so many negative reviews. Manager is super greedy and the salesguy Rodney has lots of attitude for no reason at all. This is one of those dealers that take advantage of customers who don’t know how to buy cars and they are there to make sure customer overpays and puts money in their pockets. I would not deal with them when you buy a car even if you are local so many other good dealers out there. Stay away
