If you're having a psychiatric emergency and in Virden, you'd be better off on the street or at the RCMP, than this place. They are not equipped, trained, and absolutely daft when it comes to dealing with a psych patient. Only reason I give it 1 star is only 3 nurses seemed okay dealing with me. I sadly have psychosis and was having an episode when I made an unplanned trip thru Virden. I am not dangerous, but like most psychotic attacks, can make the victim paranoid, and most of the staff didn't know what to do with me. App... read more
