We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer ST here a couple weeks ago and the process was excellent. We are from out of town and Charlotte stayed in touched by text/phone letting us know when the car would be ready, arranged for it to be delivered and followed up regularly. Brenna was super to help with the paperwork and they both made this process as seamless and easy as possible. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much Charlotte and Brenna!

The staff at Virden Dodge helped me get the truck I wanted. Thanks to the friendly sales team and the finance department for making everything work out. Edit..Issues with rear shocks sagging and bottoming out was told how shocks and springs work fallowed by have I ever owned a truck before lol. Basically calling me stupid. Says shocks are fine meanwhile it bottom out on every little bump and dip. Zero stars. Was told to keep an eye out for the problems while im there to have it fixed. How lucky I was to have Betty and Charlotte sort out my emergent need for a vehicle. I spoke with Betty on Saturday after losing use of my vehicle. I told Betty “I don’t care what kind it is, what colour it is, but I need it to be a truck and 4x4, less than 200,000km and know that I won’t experience any issues”. Well - didn’t she deliver!
