The staff at Virden Dodge helped me get the truck I wanted. Thanks to the friendly sales team and the finance department for making everything work out. Edit..Issues with rear shocks sagging and bottoming out was told how shocks and springs work fallowed by have I ever owned a truck before lol. Basically calling me stupid. Says shocks are fine meanwhile it bottom out on every little bump and dip. Zero stars. Was told to keep an eye out for the problems while im there to have it fixed. How lucky I was to have Betty and Charlotte sort out my emergent need for a vehicle. I spoke with Betty on Saturday after losing use of my vehicle. I told Betty “I don’t care what kind it is, what colour it is, but I need it to be a truck and 4x4, less than 200,000km and know that I won’t experience any issues”. Well - didn’t she deliver! I called this morning to get a quote to work on my vehicle, and which I previously scheduled a wheel alignment because they were the cheapest cause of the deal they had on, and dealing with the people over the phone was probably some of the worst service I have ever had to deal with told me they would call me back!!! four hours later I had to call and ask for service which they had no recollection of me even calling I got quoted to change a Pittman arm on my truck and whatever I was saving on the alignment it seemed I was ge... read more
