This review is about Dr. Karli Moncrief. I feel very fortunate that my doctor referred me to her. She is the best doctor I’ve seen in Canada. Dr. Moncrief is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, she truly listens and cares. I feel heard, respected, and confident in her care. I know I can trust her.
Horrible service. My sister had a phone interview in which she booked off work to attend. Doctor had missed the appointment and when my sister had called back to question it turns out they had rescheduled without telling her. Today she had a 12:15 appointment to which she arrived 15 mins early for. Doctor calls her telling her she missed her appointment and the receptionist says the same thing.
