I used the Stelfonta Injection from Virbac for my Dog who had MCT's, and 2 previous surgeries were unsuccessful. I had several Questions before and during the procedure. Every time I called, they were so helpful, and they even checked up on the progress on my Dogs procedure per email. Definitely 5 Stars for me
Dog had an allergic reaction, the package had a 800 number to call with side effects.. the number when called tries to sell you "Great Promotions" BS for 10 minutes before saying it doesnt recognize Virbac as one of its companies. Impossible to contact and useless product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

On 3/4 my cat received topical drops of Effipro. Within a week the fur where the drops were placed came out. Three days ago he stopped eating, began suffering diahrrea and vomiting and today was diagnosed by our vet with pancreatitis. I have been unable to get a call through to the company, Virbac AH, nor can I find an email address for them.
