We hired this company after searching for 2 years for a reasonably priced replacement for our front steps. We are in an older neighbourhood and they were crumbling badly. Husband finally found Virasat. We had been quoted as high as 35k for 13 steps! Virasat measured carefully for the rebuild, quoted a very fair price and delivered beautiful, solid and safe stairs. It is highly advised not to hire this company for concrete work. They are unprofessional and dishonest. After taking full payment, they failed to deliver quality results. When issues were pointed out, they promised to return and fix the mistakes but never followed through. Once they received the payment, they began ignoring calls and refused to address any concerns. Avoid this company if you want reliable and trustworthy service.
