Dr. Kreng has amazing bedside manner. Her nursing/office staff is also very understanding and patient with all. At times it may be hard to get an appointment, but I have always been given an option to see one of her colleagues. Usually, I wait for her because she is who I am comfortable with. I recently had to change insurance carriers and my non-negotiable was that Dr. Kreng continue as my primary care physician. THANK YOU, DR. KRENG!
Dr Kreng is the best!! She truly listens to you and answers all your questions. I have been going to SJHMG for many many years and all the nurses and staff are awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Doctor or looking to change Dr's.
Dr. Virany Kreng is very Professional. I was a same day appointment. I showed up early and was in on time. She explained my options. We went with the outpatient. She set everything up and went step by step over it with me. I was all better in a matter of minutes it seemed. Even had X-rays done on the first level for another issue.
